Most payments confirm within a minute. If you closed the payment page early, the system re-checks every hour automatically and you'll get an email when it's live. If it's still not live after 2 hours, email support with the time of payment.

Yes — we email you 30 days and 7 days before, and on the day it expires. Your sponsors and data stay safe; renew any time to bring it back at the same link.

Fees are non-refundable once a page has been published. You can preview everything for free before paying.

No. Sponsors pay your organisation directly using the QR code or bank details you add. JomSponsor never handles sponsorship money.

Dashboard → Edit → Sponsors → + Add sponsor. Choose the type, money or merchandise, the amount (or estimated value), their logo and links. The package is chosen automatically from the amount.

A sponsor who promised but hasn't paid yet. Mark them as Paid / received in the Tracker tab when the money or goods arrive. In Setup you decide whether pledged amounts count toward the target and show on the page.

Yes — Setup lets you add, remove and rename packages, amounts, colours and benefits, and create your own sponsor types.

Yes — turn on Accept donations in Edit → Design. Supporters can give any amount, with or without their name; they appear in one "Thank you to our supporters" line instead of the logo wall, and can count toward your target. Online pages get a Donate button; on bank transfer / QR pages you record them with + Add donation. Donations are listed separately in the Tracker and Excel.

Click Export Excel on the dashboard or in the Tracker. The file includes a summary and every sponsor, including private tracking details.

Only you. Phone numbers, receipt numbers, notes and benefits delivered are never shown on the public page.

toyyibPay: easiest to open (individuals, associations and businesses), lowest fees. Billplz: for registered organisations (SSM / ROS), quick approval and a free test account. Both work the same way in JomSponsor.

1. Register at toyyibpay.com with your organisation's details and a bank account in its name (approval can take up to 3 working days). 2. Category → Create Category (e.g. "AGM 2026 Sponsorship") → copy its Category Code. 3. Profile / settings → copy your User Secret Key.

1. Register at billplz.com with your SSM / ROS registration and the organisation's bank account. 2. Billing → create a collection (e.g. "AGM 2026 Sponsorship") → copy its Collection ID. 3. Settings → Keys → copy the API Secret Key and the X Signature Key (turn it on if it's off).

Your page must be published first. Then Edit → Payment → choose toyyibPay or Billplz → Activate (RM50 / year). Once active, paste your keys, choose a mode (Fully automatic, I check each payment or Manual key-in), and press Save. "Connected ✓" means it's working. Choosing Bank transfer / QR again turns online payments off.

Fully automatic: once the payment is confirmed, the sponsor appears on your page straight away. I check each payment: the sponsor waits in Tracker with an Approve button. Manual key-in: payments are only recorded under Tracker → Online payments to add; you add each one as a new sponsor or onto an existing sponsor, then fill in their logo and details. In every mode you get an email for each online payment.

If a sponsor pays again using the same email, the amount is added to their existing entry — e.g. RM1,000 + RM500 shows once as RM1,500 and their package updates. In I check each payment mode the top-up waits in Tracker for Approve. The Tracker shows every payment and its date.

Yes. Open a free test account at dev.toyyibpay.com or billplz-sandbox.com, use its keys and tick Test mode. No real money moves. Untick Test mode and save your real keys when you're ready.

Sponsors pay exactly the amount they choose. toyyibPay / Billplz deducts its fee from your account and pays out to your bank on its own schedule. Refunds are done in toyyibPay / Billplz.

They're stored only on our server and never shown again — not even to you. They can create bills but cannot withdraw money. If you think a key leaked, create a new one in toyyibPay / Billplz and save it here, or turn online payments off.

Pages are suspended when they break our Terms or are reported as a possible scam. Your dashboard shows the reason. Reply to support with the proof requested to have it reviewed.

Open the page and click Report this page at the bottom. Pages with several reports are taken offline automatically while we review them.
